090808 Experienced the 1st night in the hospital

The beds of the wad.

This is the first time I overnight in hospital. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not injured or sick, I just accompany my lovely mom in Timberland Hospital. There are 5 beds in the wad and it is fully filled with patients few days before but today only left my mom alone here because all of them are allowed to go back already.

Today, there is a big electricity break down some more. But luckily the hospital has generator and thus still having electricity provided. Mom and I sleep with the light on because honestly, we are really scaring especially me. I cannot sleep well for whole night because my imagination is really too rich. And I don’t have any blanket, I just wearing a T-shirt with long pant and cover my self with 2 long sleeves for up and down part. The air-con is quite cold for me but not my mom. Haha!

Sleep and wake, wake and sleep, keep repeating whole night on and finally I woke at 7.50am. And god!! I’m really felt sleepy and unenergetic. Around 10am, I went back to my place to cook lunch and dinner for mom and myself and then go back to the hospital again at 12pm together with my delicious cook and continue hide at there until the next day morning.

This is a quite unique experience for me because I never stay in any hospital so far except for today and still not sure how many days to go.

The only conclusion is that… SO DAMN SCARY!!!! And hope mom get well very soon because I don’t want to see mom suffer with the medicine and injection anymore. 3-4 times medicine and 2 injections per day. Based on my understanding on mom, she is really sick of it and she is willing to follow what her sons and daughters advice her “TAKE A GOOD REST AND DON OVER TIRED ANYMORE!!!”.
